It gives merchants a dashboard for custom service plans, Shopify App Pricing status, setup requests, managed store connections, service modules, webhook health, and recent service activity.

Does the public app process orders or customer data?

No. The public app focuses on service management and billing. Client-specific order, fulfillment, tracking, return, refund, or payment workflows are handled separately according to the merchant's approved custom service setup.

How is pricing managed?

App plans and charges are approved through Shopify App Pricing. The dashboard displays the resulting billing status and does not collect payment directly.

How do I request setup?

Open the app in Shopify admin and submit a setup request from the Custom Integration section.
