Privacy Policy

PuppetVendor Services is a service management app for Shopify merchants. The app helps merchants view custom service plans, billing status, setup requests, managed store connections, webhook health, and service activity.

Data We Store

The public app stores operational data needed to run the service dashboard, including installed shop domain, billing status, enabled service modules, setup requests, managed connection status, webhook status, and service activity logs.

Protected Customer Data

The public app does not directly process protected customer data for order, payment, fulfillment, tracking, return, or refund workflows. Client-specific workflows are handled separately according to the merchant's approved service agreement and applicable Shopify requirements.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide the merchant dashboard, manage Shopify Billing status, track setup requests, display service health, and support PuppetVendor-managed custom services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell merchant data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the app, hosting, database, support, or custom service workflow.

Security

We use Shopify OAuth, HTTPS, access controls, webhook HMAC verification, and restricted server paths to help protect app data.
